‘Something Sufi’ is a three-hour workshop inspired by the poems and revelations of the Sufi mystic Mevlânâ Rumi. In a world that seems to be ever more chaotic, Rumi’s art has the power to bring about clarity and tranquility. This is a participative exploration of his teachings through active work on thought, movement and awareness. The pathway to self-exploration through Sufi practices has always been synonymous to bliss. It is the path of deep healing, inner peace and ecstatic awakening.
"A great experience. Meditation and beautiful Rumi couplets to search your inner truth and realize your inner being. Great insights on seeking, silence, and enlightenment."Â
"I have always loved Rumi but feel today its impacting me inside. Loved the workshop - simple, beautiful, depthful. Thank you and the teacher for helping me slip into myself."Â
"First step towards nothingness."
"The workshop was more deeply seated in the depths of Rumi's teachings. The true essence of the poetry was beautifully encapsulated, in careful doses of humility and self-love. Extremely disruptive."Â
"Three blessed and blissful hours - I gifted myself - or I don't know to whom or to what - but the silent journey begins."Â
"Expect the unexpected!"Â
"It's a straightforward approach to inner growth. With poetry and practice, we are shown a path that is clear of clutter."
"Something Sufi was an amazing experience. I was at pure bliss, a lifetime experience."Â
The workshop progresses through the themes of love, freedom and light to finally arrive at silence which truly is the divine language. When the being whirls in awareness, connecting the earth and sky, one starts to witness the miraculous in everything that seemed ordinary.Â
