Taking on the challenge in this format allows you to get help when you need it, holds you accountable, and makes the journey enjoyable and exciting. 

Furthermore, Blissfulness Meditation has numerous benefits. Consecutive practice for 21 days can yield some amazing results. It can help you improve your mental focus, reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate depression, and improve your overall well-being.  

Most importantly, this is one of the simplest and most straightforward ways to experiment with meditation; all you have to do is sit comfortably, put on your headphones, and follow the instructions.
