I recognize that no portion of the workshop is delivered or supervised by a trained health professional. I also recognize that the seminar is neither a treatment camp nor is therapeutic in design, intent or methodology, and is not a substitute for any clinical/medical psychiatric/therapeutic treatment program. I declare that I am physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in the Workshop/Seminar. I understand the nature of this workshop and that its content could be disturbing, sensitive and or offensive. I also declare that I am participating in "Something Sufi" voluntarily and not as a result of coercion, pressure or to satisfy anyone other than myself. I declare that I have chosen to attend this seminar at my responsibility and risk, with no question in my mind about my willingness and ability to do so. I am responsible for my well-being . I agree to hold the coach, Shaurya Singh, Unalome Project, the organizers, assistants and others harmless from any or all liabilities and waive all rights to compensation out of my participation in the "Something Sufi" workshop.

Unalome Project acts as a platform for people to learn, grow and discover themselves. We are about acceptance, inclusion and tolerance; thus we welcome a diverse range of participants with varied backgrounds and beliefs. We encourage all participants to be kind and courteous during the program.

However, since the nature of the work requires examination of and the dismantling of conditioned beliefs, some of the content of this workshop may seem uncomfortable or offensive to some people. Certain statements or discussions may contain words or language that are considered profane, vulgar, or offensive by some people. Discourse or discussion may contain representations of people or events which may be revered by some groups and cultures. There is no claim of accuracy of historical facts or religious references in of any topics discussed. This workshop may include frank discussion of controversial topics.
