I recognize that no portion of the workshop is delivered or supervised by a trained health professional. I also recognize that the seminar is neither a treatment camp nor is therapeutic in design, intent or methodology, and is not a substitute for any clinical/medical psychiatric/therapeutic treatment program. I declare that I am physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in the Seminar. I also declare that I am participating in the Nine Steps to Nothing voluntarily and not as a result of coercion, pressure or to satisfy anyone other than myself. I declare that I have chosen to attend this seminar at my responsibility and risk, with no question in my mind about my willingness and ability to do so. I am responsible for my well-being . I agree to hold the coach, Shaurya Singh, Unalome Project, the organizers, assistants and others harmless from any or all liabilities and waive all rights to compensation out of my participation in the Nine Steps to Nothing workshop.
