Boundaries felt right in theory until the moment someone needed something and you folded. Not because you're weak. Because the version of you that knows how to hold everything is very, very good at her job.

But none of that addressed the root. That version of you wasn't discovered. She was built. From what kept you safe. From what kept others comfortable. From every room where you learned that your actual needs were secondary to appearing fine.

The Valiant Knightess — who descends into the unconscious, destroys false identity, and forces you to face what you have been carefully repressing.
The Blissful Priestess — who arrives last, glowing with the serenity that becomes possible only after the other eight have done their work.

Each of the nine arrives when you are ready for her.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about uncovering who you have always been — underneath the performance, underneath the composure, underneath the version of yourself you assembled to meet the world's demands.

NNG does not promise you only light. It includes fear, anger, grief, disgust — the full spectrum of human emotion — because it recognises what most wellness programs will not say aloud: you cannot selectively numb. The woman who has suppressed her rage has also suppressed her passion. The woman who has shut down her grief has also shut down her capacity for joy. NNG gives you a held container to move through all of it — not to wallow, but to metabolise.

The ancient Shakta texts, Jungian archetypal psychology, and modern somatic neuroscience converge on the same discovery: the archetypes are not out there. They are already in you — waiting to be recognised.

Chaitra Navratri arrives once a year. The container is the same. The timing changes what it can hold.

What happens

Nine days. Approximately one hour daily. Entirely on your schedule. Content releases each morning and stays available — you cannot fall behind because there is no ahead to fall behind of.

The most common reason women don't register is I don't have the time. One hour a day for nine days. But what the women who have done this report is this: the practices don't consume time. They change the texture of it. When the mental clutter that runs constantly underneath your day begins to quieten, the day doesn't feel shorter. It feels less like it's happening to you.

Before Day 1 Between registration and March 18th, your portal opens with two things to do. These are not preparation. They are the first practice. Build your altar. Three objects only — something from the earth (a stone, plant, or crystal), a flame (candle, lamp, or incense), a glass of water. Ordinary objects. An ordinary surface. The act of arranging them is the first act of attention the program asks of you. Craft your Navasankalpa — nine intentions, one for each night. Not goals. Honest statements of what you are ready to stop pretending you don't want. You begin them before Day 1 and refine them as each archetype shows you something new.

Message from the Goddess 5–10 min Unique · Daily
Delivered in first person, as if the day's archetype is speaking directly to you. Not a lecture — a confrontation. You will be asked to notice which phrases produce resistance. That resistance is not a sign the message doesn't apply. It is the exact location where your deepest work begins.
Embodiment Exploration 15–20 min Unique · Daily
You will not merely think about fearlessness. You will feel it as a physical sensation in your chest. Journaling prompts arrive not after the practice but during it — at the moment your habitual self-narrative has loosened and genuine recognition becomes possible.
Movement Meditation 15–20 min Unique · Daily
Your body without supervision. No right movement. No analytical mind standing guard. Guided through contrasting states — threat and safety, scarcity and aliveness, grief and joy. Intermittent bells call you to sudden stillness. This is where the body releases what no amount of talking has been able to discharge.
The Seven Doors 47 min Same track · Nightly
A visualisation that carries you from waking consciousness into sleep through seven immersive environments — each one a body energy centre, each one a specific way modern life has created imbalance. By the ninth night, these seven doors are no longer a guided fantasy. They are a known internal geography you can return to whenever you need to find your way back to yourself.

The science beneath it

NNG is not a spiritual retreat that borrows psychological language to sound credible. Three distinct bodies of knowledge — developed independently, across centuries — arrived at the same structural insight. The workshop uses all three simultaneously.

Pillar I The Shakta Tradition The Devi Bhagavatam, Devi Mahatmya, and Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra mapped the architecture of the feminine psyche through the Navadurga over a thousand years ago. NNG uses this framework to make the Navadurga psychologically precise: each archetype is not a goddess to invoke but a pattern to recognise — in your own reactions, defences, and suppressed capacities.

Pillar III Somatic Neuroscience The body stores what the mind narrates away. Chronic urban stress, suppressed intuition, and the sustained performance of composure don't disappear when the workday ends — they embed in the nervous system as physical tension, reactivity, and depletion. Research in neuroplasticity confirms that consistent somatic practice, chanting, and guided visualisation produce measurable structural changes in the brain regions governing emotional regulation, stress response, and self-awareness. NNG's practices are designed to work at this level — not conceptually, but in the body, in real time.

Sneha is not a spiritual teacher. She does not stand above the practice and explain it — she enters it alongside you. Before you decide

The questions women ask before they register. Answered honestly — without trying to talk you into anything.

I've tried meditation before and it never stuck. Why would this be different? Because NNG does not ask you to meditate. It asks you to move, chant, breathe, and feel. The practices are designed for women whose minds are too busy to sit in silence — which, if you have tried and abandoned a meditation practice, is probably an accurate description of yours. The morning ritual keeps your body occupied so your mind cannot perform its usual surveillance. Most women who have struggled with seated meditation find the somatic approach entirely different in quality. It works because it doesn't require the mind to cooperate first.
I'm worried about what might come up. What if I can't handle it? This is the question that signals the most readiness — because it means you already sense that something real is there. NNG is not designed to break you open and leave you there. The container — the daily structure, the morning ritual that opens each session, the Seven Doors that closes each night — is specifically built to hold what surfaces without letting it overwhelm the nervous system. You will feel things. You will not be left alone with them. If at any point the material becomes genuinely destabilising, Sneha is actively present in the Telegram group throughout all nine days.
I don't have a spiritual background. Will I be lost? No prior knowledge is required or assumed. NNG introduces each archetype on the day you meet her — you never need to have heard of the Navadurga before you begin. The approach draws from Shakta Tantra, Jungian psychology, and somatic neuroscience, and all three are made entirely accessible within the program itself. The women who find NNG most useful are often not the ones with the most spiritual background — they are the ones who have been the most honest about what hasn't worked.
I'm not Hindu. Is this for me? NNG uses the Navadurga as an archetypal framework — not as religious practice. The nine goddesses function as psychological mirrors, not as deities to worship or beliefs to adopt. Participants across 39 batches have come from every religious background and none. What NNG requires is not belief. It requires willingness to look.
What if I miss a day? All content releases each morning and remains in your portal for the duration of the program. You cannot fall behind because there is no ahead to fall behind of. If Day 4 arrives and you haven't completed Day 3, Day 3 is still there. You do not lose it. You do not need to catch up in sequence. The only thing that disappears is the day itself. NNG cannot be paused and resumed across months — the container is nine consecutive nights, and its power is cumulative. But one missed morning does not break the container.
What exactly do I get when I register? Immediate access to your portal, which opens with the pre-work: altar guidance and your Navasankalpa workbook. From March 18th, one door unlocks each morning containing a morning ritual audio (20 min), a message from the day's goddess (5–10 min), an embodiment exploration with journaling prompts (15–20 min), a movement meditation (15–20 min), and the Seven Doors sleep visualisation (47 min). What if it isn't right for me? Is there a refund? If you register, access the portal, and within 48 hours of the Opening Ceremony decide the program is not right for you — write to us and we will refund in full, no questions asked. After that window, the program is non-refundable — not as a policy designed to trap you, but because the work requires commitment to the container, and the container requires commitment to the work. Part-way in is not a useful place to stop.
