You heard the pledge. Now here’s how the work actually happens
You know this isn’t another system. You know we don’t fix you. You know leaving is success.
So what’s left? Five simple rules for doing the work yourself. Nothing mystical. Nothing complicated.
Read this once. Come back when you forget.
If it’s trending but not true, skip it. Popularity doesn’t make something real.
This applies to us too. If Unalome becomes trendy, be suspicious.
“What’s true doesn’t need marketing.”
Try this: Name one belief you hold just because it’s popular. Say it out loud. Notice what happens in your body.
If you can’t explain it to your uncle at dinner, you don’t understand it yet.
Jargon is where ideas go to hide. Complexity is often confusion wearing a suit.
“Simple doesn’t mean shallow. It means clear.”
Try this: Take your biggest spiritual insight. Explain it in one sentence using only everyday words.
Don’t add more beliefs, practices, or identities. See what’s false first.
Most seeking is collecting. Most growth is subtraction.
“You’re not broken. You’re buried under borrowed ideas.”
Try this: List three things you believe about yourself. Ask: “Whose voice is this really?”
If an idea doesn’t land in your gut, it’s not ready. Your body knows before your brain catches up.
Theories live in your head. Truth lives in your bones.
“Don’t think your way to truth. Feel your way there.”
Try this: Read any spiritual quote. Notice – does your body open or close? Trust that over the words.
The best teachers make themselves unnecessary. The best students graduate.
If you outgrow us, you did it right. If you never return, the work worked.
“Dependency is the opposite of freedom.”
Try this: Name one teacher, system, or method you’ve outgrown. Thank it. Let it go.
Stop reading for 30 seconds.
Find your breath. Notice where you feel tension. Don’t fix it. Just see it.
That seeing—without fixing, improving, or explaining—is the entire work.
Everything else is commentary.
Perfect. You’re listening to yourself. That’s the whole point.
This is it. If you need it to be complicated, you’re not ready for simple.
Then it’s not for you. Trust that knowing. Go find what is.
You stop asking how to know. You just know.
Worth sharing? Screenshot the part that stung and send it to someone who gets it.

Still here? Try a mini-course when you want to practice.
