I have practiced multiple meditation techniques over the years. But something that is just helping me very easily right now (also because we talked about awareness turning back to itself), is just being aware. Not OF something. But just being aware. Every act, sensation, thought...i try to go back to the fact that Im aware of this and just being that awareness. This awareness then becomes a poetic representation of presence, nowness, and pure poetry flows, albeit for a few moments...
