NINE STEPS TO NOTHING: A JOURNEY BEYOND YOURSELF

Forget toolkits or chasing the “best version” of yourself. For 21 days, we dive deep using philosophy, psychology, art, and cinema – not to accumulate more, but to systematically dismantle the comfortable beliefs and borrowed scripts that shape your existence.

We’re here to help you peel away layers, confront what you’ve perhaps avoided, and glimpse what remains when the noise fades. This process begins now, with your conscious preparation. Be curious. Assume nothing.

THE ROADMAP: RULES FOR UNRAVELING

Welcome, wanderer of uncharted territories. You didn’t come here for quick fixes or prepackaged truths. This Code of Conduct is the road map to a journey that is gritty, real, and sometimes messy. Follow it well, and you’ll not only respect yourself and the process but also set the stage for transformation. Ready? Let’s go.

1. Be Coachable
Think of this program as a guided adventure into places you’d never explore alone. Being “coachable” means being open to guidance that might feel confusing, uncomfortable, or outright challenging. Expect to encounter parts of yourself that you didn’t know were there, or didn’t want to see. Stay patient, stay receptive, and resist the urge to resist; you’re here to change, not to cling.
2. Assignments Aren’t Optional
Assignments are crafted to push you, stretch you, and sometimes frustrate you. But here’s the kicker—they work if you work them. Every assignment builds momentum, unlocking parts of your mind and heart that might have been lying dormant. Commit to these with full attention, knowing that each one brings you closer to breakthrough. And no outside distractions—these three weeks are an immersive experience.
3. Content May Be Edgy
Prepare yourself: the content here isn’t curated for comfort. You’ll encounter ideas, language, and perspectives that could make you uncomfortable. Some of it might even provoke you or challenge your beliefs. This isn’t about catering to personal tastes but sparking insights that can shape your life. Let the discomfort lead you inward. Growth, as you’ll discover, is rarely neat and never superficial.
4. Group Dynamics Matter
Every journey is better with company, and this one’s no different. Your actions—attention, effort, engagement—are all vital to the group’s experience. When you show up fully, you inspire others to do the same, creating a space where everyone can grow. You’re not just here for yourself; you’re here for everyone else too. Let’s make this collective experience meaningful by committing wholeheartedly.
5. Attendance Is Sacred
If you’ve signed up, you’ve signed on. This isn’t a drop-in, drop-out situation. Missing sessions not only shortchanges your journey but impacts the group’s energy and flow. Emergencies happen, but outside of those, treat every session as a non-negotiable appointment with your own potential. And remember, each session builds on the last, so make every effort to be fully present.
6. Punctuality, Please
Imagine starting a journey together and waiting on stragglers—no one wants that. Showing up ten minutes early isn’t just about punctuality; it’s about respecting everyone’s time and setting the tone for a focused session. If you’re delayed, let us know, but aim to be early, present, and prepared. Respect begins with respecting each other’s time.
7. Write It Down
Your journal isn’t just a notebook; it’s a mirror, a map, and sometimes, a therapist. In this program, your insights, thoughts, and emotions deserve to be captured. It’s part of honouring the process. Record what matters— your observations, coach’s insights, group interactions, and personal revelations. By the end, you’ll have a powerful record of your journey and a reminder of how far you’ve come.
8. Influence Those Around You
Growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. When you start changing, it impacts those around you, whether you realize it or not. Embrace this influence; it’s a natural extension of the work you’re doing. Talk about it, share it, let others see the journey you’re on. Transformation is real when it’s lived out loud. Don’t hide your growth; it’s a light for others, too.
9. Confidentiality Is Sacred
Here, we talk about things that most people keep locked away. That means what we discuss stays here. Confidentiality isn’t just a rule; it’s the backbone of trust and vulnerability. Honor each other’s stories, fears, and breakthroughs. Treat this space as sacred. When everyone respects this confidentiality, it creates the safety needed for real, unfiltered expression. It’s a gift we give each other.
10. Plan for Snacks
A hungry mind might be curious, but a hungry body? Distracting. Fuel yourself wisely before sessions. The intensity of these gatherings can take a toll, and you don’t want to be derailed by a growling stomach. Plan for snacks, bring water, and take breaks wisely. Respect your body’s needs, and give your mind the full bandwidth to focus. You’re here to feed the mind, but don’t starve the body.
11. Sobriety & Focus
This isn’t happy hour or a casual chat. It’s a commitment to being fully present and free from distractions. That means no gum, no smoking, and no substances that might cloud your judgment or lower your focus. Bring your whole self, unfiltered, undiluted. In this space, every moment is precious, and every mind present is needed to elevate the experience.
12. Socialize (But Not Now)
Yes, you’re among like-minded folks, and yes, connection is important. But during sessions, this isn’t social hour. Use the breaks, or before and after sessions, to connect. When we’re working, we’re working. Give yourself permission to hold back your small talk and lean into the depth of the moment. There’s plenty of time to bond; for now, focus on the journey.
13. Leave Guests at Home
Your friends and family may be curious, but this journey is your own. Each session is designed for those who signed up and committed. No plus-ones allowed—this is sacred space. During the final session, we welcome loved ones to witness your transformation, but until then, hold this as a personal, solo journey. It’s time to go deep, and only you can do that.
14. Advice: Handle With Care
Advice-givers and life coaches are everywhere these days. In this space, though, wisdom is curated, and it’s coming from your coach. If you have advice to share, maybe keep it in the “not right now” bin. Listening without jumping in with solutions creates space for others to experience their own breakthroughs. Stay curious about each other, without trying to solve one another.
15. Telegram Group Zen
Consider the Telegram group a pulse-check, a place to share where you’re at, not a spot for memes or forwards. Between 10 am and 6 pm, check-in with your current state of mind. Keep it honest, keep it brief. Treat it as an exercise in presence, a little diary entry to mark the journey. Stay on-topic, stay intentional, and honor the space.
16. Prepare Like It’s Real Life
This might be online, but it’s not casual. Come prepared. Silence your phone, organize your space, and, yes, wear a clean shirt. The energy you bring in shows how much you value the work. Set up your camera, test your audio, and be ready to engage without distraction. Small things make a big difference—come prepared to honour the space and the group.
17. Session Etiquette
In the session, be fully present, webcam on, voice clear, and mic muted when not speaking. Think of these as basic courtesies that keep us all focused. Use visible cues—thumbs up, hand raises—to communicate. Speak when called upon and listen attentively when it’s someone else’s turn. Together, we create a respectful, focused atmosphere that benefits everyone.
18. No Recordings Allowed
What happens here, stays here. Recording sessions, taking screenshots, or any other form of “capture” is prohibited. This is live, raw, and ephemeral. Let it unfold without trying to bottle it up. This is a journey for you to experience in the moment, not something to archive. Respect the here and-now and trust that the insights will stay with you.
19. Termination Is Real
Think of this as tough love. You’re here voluntarily, but there are standards. Miss too many sessions, ignore assignments, or bring negative energy, and you’ll find yourself out. There’s no refund, no do-over. This is real life, and we value this space too much to compromise. Commit, stay focused, and respect the rules. This isn’t a test—it’s a contract with your potential.
20. Quitting? Keep It Classy
If you decide to bow out, don’t ghost. Give us a heads-up. This program runs smoother when we’re all aware and prepared. Feel free to announce it to the group if that’s your style or quietly exit if you prefer. Quitting happens, and that’s fine—just don’t make it an exit everyone feels. Leave with dignity and remember that you’re always welcome to come back.
21. Unacceptable Behaviour
No harassment, no discrimination, no intimidation—period. We’re here to explore the deep stuff, and that requires trust. Words matter, tone matters, and respect is non-negotiable. We won’t tolerate behaviour that diminishes anyone’s experience. This is a space for respect, openness, and growth. If you can’t commit to that, this program isn’t the right fit for you.
22. Respect, Above All
Respect is our final, most sacred guideline. Respect the coach, who’s here to guide you; respect the team who makes this possible; respect your fellow participants, each on their own path. And above all, respect yourself by showing up fully and honouring the program’s spirit. You’re here because you were chosen for this experience. Embrace it with integrity and give it everything you’ve got.

A Moment of Pause?

Feeling resistance? Good. It often guards potent doorways. This pause isn’t necessarily ‘no’ – it’s energy asking: Is this the familiar voice of fear protecting the known, the very construct you came here to investigate? Or a true misalignment? NSN demands courage because it challenges foundations. Breathe into this hesitation. Listen beneath the noise. The choice now comes not from certainty, but from the willingness to explore.

Practical questions lingering? Quick considerations:

The Time Commitment?

The immersive 21-day demand presence, yes. But consider: Isn’t the feeling of ‘not enough time’ often born from a mind scattered across past regrets and future anxieties? NSN cultivates radical presence. Paradoxically, by fully inhabiting the now, time itself begins to feel more expansive. This commitment isn’t just taking time; it’s an investment in reclaiming your experience of it.

Is It "Worth It"?

“Worth” is usually measured by external gain or fixing problems. NSN questions that entire framework. This isn’t about acquiring solutions; it’s about dissolving the illusions that create the problems. The ‘return’ is clarity, the capacity to see through your own constructs – a shift beyond conventional value. Is escaping a lifelong prison “worth it”?

Will It 'Work'?

NSN is a tool for precise self-inquiry, refined over years. It ‘works’ by revealing what IS, not by creating a desired outcome. Its effectiveness depends entirely on your willingness to look honestly and engage fully, especially when fear arises – that is the work beginning.

The Financial Commitment?

The financial exchange mirrors the energetic commitment required. NSN is intentionally rigorous, designed for those who value authentic liberation above surface-level changes. The fee ensures the integrity and dedicated facilitation of this container. Ask: what value do you place on potentially seeing through lifelong illusions?
