The Second Edition

MNF is going to packed with a fabulous line-up of events this time round.   After receiving the Message for the Day, the mornings begin with yoga, breath-work and chanting, followed by a soulful Veena recital. Each day you will also take on a live movement meditation and explore the attributes of the day through simple and fun activities.     We are also bringing to you, some insightful talks and workshops, including Nutrition, Primal Movement, Sexuality, Parenting and Non-duality.
